Acne Free In 3 Days - Does It Actually Work?

There is a lot of hype on the Internet about an acne cure program called Acne Free In 3 Days. But what is it? And does it work, or is it just another scam acne product?

I used to suffer from acne for many years, well into my adulthood. And I when I had acne I was always looking for something to cure it, from expensive acne cleansers, different antibiotics and other ‘miracle’ pills etc etc…I also once tried a 3 day cure called Acne Free in 3 Days that I found online, and when I first looked at the ebook that describes the program I was instantly disappointed…

You see, the Acne Free In 3 Days acne cure program is just a 3 day apple fast. This meant that I couldn’t eat anything but apples and drink water. This process is supposed to detoxify the body and result in clear skin.

So I tried the 3 day fast…

…And just like the author said, my acne did clear up (mostly on the third day.) My complexion was pretty much clear after the 3 days (about 95% clear) and I was delighted. However, after only a week my acne came back as bad as ever! The author says that the 3 day apple fast has to be repeated once or twice every month…

This simply wasn’t practical for me to do on such a regular basis. You see, the 3 day apple fast is very difficult and drained my energy so much that I had to just sit indoors whilst doing it. Having a busy lifestyle means that it simply wouldn’t be practical for me to do all the time. I also lost a bit of weight during the fast and I think it might be dangerous to do it once or twice a month…

So I was back to square one again - acne plagued! However, I did more research into food and acne and came across a great piece of information that helped me clear up my acne by about 50%:

Vegetable oil causes hormonal inflammation and by avoiding foods like sunflower oil and soy oil I found my skin DRAMATICALLY improved.
